# Troubleshooting Bannerify

# Elements showing up in the wrong position

This usually occurs if the parent frame has been rotated to something other than 0 degrees (eg. "-90" or "180") before the contents were added, which throws out the positioning of the child layers. To resolve this, you can create a new unrotated frame with the same dimensions and copy or drag the child layers from the original rotated frame into the new frame with no rotation set.

# Setting image format overrides

Bannerify will automatically detect if a layer contains areas of full transparency and set PNG as the default export format, otherwise it will be set to JPG. You can override this to set the export format of any layer to JPG or PNG by adding your own export setting.
